At Wairarapa DHB, we have an exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse Manager Planned Services, which encompasses outpatient and perioperative services. We are committed to providing patients with timely, well-coordinated services from the time they are referred to us through to discharge from the perioperative service. As Charge Nurse Manager, you will inspire, lead and organise the team to deliver on this commitment.

This is a new role that will report to and work closely with the Group Manager Planned and Support Services, and be well supported by a team of both clinical and administrative leads.

You will be a registered nurse with at least five years' experience which includes a management role and recent perioperative experience. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and encourage high performing teams.

This is a permanent full time position, working Monday to Friday.
