Relief Administrator - Administration Services

Masterton, New Zealand

We need a flexible dynamic capable self-motivated person to join our admin team in providing an efficient administrative service to the organisation.

This is a permanent full time shift work position, working 80 hours per fortnight, rostered and rotating across 24 hours Monday to Sunday.

This role will cover areas predominately within the hospital but may include areas outside the hospital grounds at times.

Because this role will require you to provide cover to a number of areas throughout the organisation you will need to be a fast learner, adaptable and have proven organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage a busy workload.

You will have accurate keyboard skills and data input, and experience in a wide range of administrative duties. The ability to work as part of a team and be flexible is also essential.

You will also have experience in front-line or administrative roles, have a high level of communication skills critical to support clinical emergencies and the ability to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of health professionals, patients and external agencies. You will also need to be able to handle sensitive and highly private information with integrity and in a confidential manner.
